Pavani was extremely communicative and made sure we knew what to expect. She managed to get us early check-in and an upgrade! It made traveling less stressful knowing I did not need to worry about our accommodations and I fully plan on using her again in the future.

I cannot recommend Pavani enough as a travel agent! She truly went above and beyond helping us plan our trip to Japan. From day one, she was incredibly patient with us while we were extremely indecisive about hotels (and there was A LOT of back and forth). When we accidentally missed our initial flight and had to leave a day later, she spent hours on the phone fixing our hotel reservations in the first city without hesitation.
She genuinely loves planning trips and researching fun things to do and great places to eat, and it’s so obvious that she truly cares about making everything perfect for her clients. Her dedication, responsiveness, and genuine passion for travel planning truly set her apart. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for an stress-free, well-planned travel experience.

Working with Pavani as a travel advisor was an AMAZING experience. Right off the bat, she was quick to respond, easy to work with, and took all of my preferences into account. She took the stress out of planning and traveling, and helped make my trip go smoothly. The hotel she found for me was in my budget, super cute, and checked all the boxes I wanted. Pavani also provided various recommendations -totally tailored to my interests- for activities to do and restaurants to eat at. The reccomendations she provided were phenomenal! Working with Pavani for this trip was such a pleasant experience; she went above and beyond!
