I love working with Pauline because she’s always so kind, patient, polite and considerate. She is great at what she does! Every trip she helped us with was perfect and adventurous. Early check-ins, late checkout, breakfast and room upgrade are such great perks to to have and Pauline provides that. She helped us with Restaurant Reservations and other things and it was just great. She’s working on our European trip at the moment and we can’t wait what it entails.
