Paula was so easy to work with. Planning our week long Orlando trip seemed way too daunting due to too many things going on in life, yet I knew the trip needed to happen this season. The research and coordination was really stressing me out since there are so many things to think about logistically when planning these theme park visits! Paula took all the stress off of me and provided me sound options and plans based off the general itinerary I had in mind. The trip went off without a hitch and my niece and nephew had a trip they'll never forget!

Paula was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was amazing. With the booking and flights she made everything easy. She even booked and rescheduled an excursion for us too. We even decided to stay another night, and Paul made that possible with no problem. She made this trip effortless! I've never had this kind of an amazing experience with a travel agent before! 10/10 with Paula! Definitely will be booking with her for future trips!

As someone who usually loves planning our family vacations, this summer was different. We had our flights booked to Tokyo, but actually finding the time to map out the best itinerary and hit all the must-see spots felt impossible—until Paula stepped in.

I sent her our flight details, a few must-sees, our budget, and preferred locations, and she took care of the rest. She gave us several thoughtful options to choose from, always keeping in mind that we were traveling with kids and needed to be close to train stations and restaurants.

Not only did she find us a great hotel, but she also created a daily itinerary that included our must-sees plus her own expert recommendations, so we could experience everything without wasting time backtracking.

We’ll absolutely use her again in the future, and I’d highly recommend her to anyone who wants to enjoy traveling without the stress of planning!
