The customized experience highlighting my favorite band was so appreciated. I really like how each property was broken down by price, amenity and the distance I would have to travel if the Fountainebleau wasn’t our final choice. Patrick followed up in the days leading up to the trip to remind me of what was waiting for us at check in and to let him know if there were any problems (there were none). Really appreciate all the efforts he did to ensure I had a great trip.
