Paty was such a huge help in organizing our hotel stays as part of our cruise trip. Patricia is truly the best travel advisor we’ve worked with. On the very same day of our check-in, when we realized we didn’t like the first hotel, she managed to cancel everything and immediately secure us a new hotel — all without any stress for us.
