Pao made the experience of booking this hotel so easy! She suggested a few hotels in our budget/location preferences, and when we selected this hotel she took care of all the details. She even arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport and another driver to bring us back for the next leg of our journey. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves!

Pao handled EVERYTHING and she went above and beyond. Booking our shuttles to and from the airport and making sure they arrived on time/she communicated everything to us. She surprised us with strawberries & bubbles in our room as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The week leading up to the trip she helped answer any remaining questions we had with such knowledge and kindness (ex. We asked about tipping culture in Mexico and what was appropriate for us to do)

Paola was awesome! She gave us a ton of ideas and recommendations and then wrote us a well-planned itinerary and set up all the reservations for us.
