Paola was awesome! She gave us a ton of ideas and recommendations and then wrote us a well-planned itinerary and set up all the reservations for us. And when we wanted to switch things around --- she made it happen! She was also quick to respond with any questions we had, even over the weekend! Thanks Paola!

Paola was not only professional, but she got back to me immediately and addressed all of my needs. She even was able to make sure that I was able to stay in the same hotel room despite booking two different reservations. I’ve already used her again for our next trip and we will be using her for many more. Highly recommend.
