Paola was absolutely amazing in the planning and delivery of our vacation. She checked every detail from air reservations all the way to transfers to the hotel. She was very helpful with all the planning and did an outstanding job in delivering information back to us. Paola was a pleasure to work with in preparation for one of the most special getaways of our life: our wedding weekend! She went above and beyond giving us options and expert level recommendations. Once we checked in we received VIP level treatment with one of the best rooms in the resort. The perks that came with the reservation made it so worth it. Paola did an amazing job from booking every detail To taking account all of our special requests. We had mentioned we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and she had gifts in the room for him even a delicious dessert. Booking with Paola was a breeze she took care of everything! She was easily reached if we did need anything and made our vacation very special. Highly recommend her for all your vacation needs.
