Pam Yoon

We struggled with last-minute arrangements and limited availability until Pam solved all our problems. She efficiently helped us identify needs and options, and with options for transport, lodging and activities Pam met our needs and exceeded our expectations.

We were only here for one night and already had plans for what we were going to do. The location was perfect as it was close to Old Town and the ferry which we were taking the next day. The ferry is within walking distance. Pam understand what we were looking for and found the best place and a great price!

I traveled with my mom to Vancouver, Canada, and Pam was extremely responsive when I told her about our trip. She quickly asked thoughtful questions about the goals of our trip, where I wanted to stay, and whether my mom needed any special accommodations. She found us a great deal at the Westin that included early check-in, and she personally made sure it was arranged on the day of our arrival. She even followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. On top of that, she offered helpful suggestions for things to do in the area, which made the trip even better!
