Padma was truly amazing! She took the time to understand our preferences and designed an absolutely incredible vacation for us. She incorporated all our input and put together an itinerary that far exceeded our expectations. She even coordinated with our concierge to secure wonderful dinner reservations. On top of that, she shared so many helpful tips and ideas for how to make the most of our free time. Every tour she arranged was exactly what we wanted. This was our first time working with a travel advisor and Padma was amazing - we can't wait to work with her again. At first we just wanted hotel recommendations from her, but after she found us several awesome properties that exactly fit what we were looking for, we decided to ask her assistance in helping plan the entire trip. Padma sent us a curated list of activities and we chose several that all turned out to be extremely enjoyable. We had a tough factor of one of us being vegetarian, and Padma went to lengths to find us great restaurants (including working with our hotels) that had both non-vegetarian and vegetarian options. We began planning our trip a bit late but Padma still made sure to find options that were not sold out, and kept us on-schedule by being extremely communicative. From just one initial phone call she really understood the kind of travel experience we wanted to have and made it happen for us! We can't thank Padma enough for helping us plan an extremely memorable trip to Japan!!
