Padma Hariharan

I couldn't ask for a better Travel advisor than Padma. She understood our busy schedules and had patience with them. She took time to understand us as a family, our needs, preferences and choices. At each of our 4 destinations, her accommodations were clean, safe, well connected and convenient. Her train connections between cities were very nicely done. We had a complicated itinerary. When we had train delays/changes Padma called us internationally and made sure that we were aware. Padma also booked travel experiences, tours etc for us, almost last minute (the delay was entirely due to us and she was very patient). She gave us several vegan/vegetarian options and made our stay comfortable. Her travel app had everything in one place and we always had our tickets/bookings in hand. The travel was extremely well organized and seamless. I will definitely recommend Padma to my friends and look forward to booking more travel with her. If you want a special experience.....she is your person!

Very easy to work with and got us lots of great perks.

The vacation experience was perfect from start to finish! From “Could you help me plan a trip to Hawaii?” to the list of options for locations and lodging…Padma gave me several great options ranging in price and amenities. We chose The Andaz of Maui by Hyatt because of its location, it’s amazing onsite dining, the private beach, and the award winning pool scene (adult only serenity pool, bar pools, kid pool with gradual entry, etc…all with beautiful views of the ocean. Next Padma asked what we wanted our week to look like, what activities and sights were priorities, etc. She gave us great advice on which activities to do in which order (early morning shouldn’t be after light night activity)…and which activities might check several things off our bucket list (catamaran and snorkeling and fresh, local seafood all in one activity…black sand beaches, swim with the turtles, water falls, hiking, local shopping all in one excursion). She checked on us the night before and offered reminders about airport arrival then checked on us a few times during our trip offering great suggestions (check with concierge for this perk, don’t forget to hydrate, etc.) Padma balanced our trip with “go” time and down time…leisure with activity perfectly. Our activities included a luau, snorkeling at Molokini, a trip to Hana, and a helicopter tour of Maui. We particularly enjoyed the brunch buffet included in our package so that we didn’t start our day having to make decisions for our next meal. The fine dining restaurant is one of “Iron Chef” Morimoto’s original restaurants with amazing, fresh creations. The Blue Hawaiian concierge service at the Andaz was amazing, helpful, patient…The location was a 7 minute walk to the shops at Wailea which included an amazing market with fresh sushi and poke bowls, essentials, smoothies, and gourmet coffee served. Upscale shopping was also in that center for those who prefer that experience. I can’t wait to plan my next trip…hopefully she will help me again! It was a trip of a lifetime.
