We had a wonderful weekend getaway and Olivia elevated our experience! She took great care of us as always and quickly fixed an issue we had with the hotel benefits and made sure we got our hotel credit . We got upgraded to the best suite in the property and loved the outdoor bathtub! Olivia is the best and will elevate all your stays from big trips to last minute weekend getaways!
