We had an amazing time in Tuscany thanks to Olivia and her recommendation to stay at L’Andana. She took care of organizing every detail including our transfers and we loved her beautiful welcome note on arrival to our wonderful suite. Olivia is truly the best! We received a huge upgrade to a beautiful junior suite with a balcony and view of the river. We had a wonderful time in Florence and loved the hotel.
