Olivia helped us have an amazing birthday trip again starting with a huge upgrade to an incredible suite with a plunge pool! She is the best and we are so grateful for the upgrade and for all her support with making our trip feel very special. We had wonderful birthday amenities and a very sweet note from her. We loved Nekajui and everything was beyond excellent, from breathtaking views to warm service and delicious food. Olivia is truly exceptional and we can’t wait for our next trip!
