Olivia Hampton

Olivia was next level!! Her service was worth way more than what we paid. From the hotel options, to the downloadable google maps for ease finding restaurants when on the vacation, and her help with activities and transport, everything was easy and super user friendly. I was constantly referring back to the website she made us. It made the trip hassle free and that much more enjoyable. Her response times were also incredible. I would use Olivia again 1,000x over.

I cannot recommend Olivia enough! She took all of my considerations into account and provided thoughtful options for me to choose from. She ended up finding a great place for me that was affordable and unique without sacrificing amenities important to me. Communications were seamless, and it was so nice to focus on my upcoming trip without worrying about any extra logistics. I'm the kind of person who typically loves planning and getting into details, but for my trip to Japan the amount of planning was simply overwhelming. I'm so glad I had Olivia to help guide and execute my trip.

I had a general sense of places I wanted to go and things I wanted to see, and Olivia was able to turn that vague list into several options for fully planned itineraries, letting me decide which suited me the most. She filled out my ideas with her own experience and recommendations to formulate a very well rounded trip.

After I chose an itinerary, Olivia listened to my budget and expectations and sent over a variety of hotel options and neighborhood recommendations for each leg, all I had to do was click a link and I was booked! I even had a last minute change for number of nights in a certain city, and all I had to do was text Olivia and she ironed out the hotel details! As an added bonus, I had a small issue with one of the hotels charging something extraneous to my card, and Olivia was also able to remedy that for me.

Overall Olivia helped me out so much with both planning and executing a really fun trip! It was so nice to be able to focus on what to do, and be given expert suggestions, instead of worrying about where to stay in every city.

Like I said, I'm really not the kind of person who would rely on someone else to plan travel for me, but Olivia has made me a convert!
