Always a pleasure to deal with. Very efficient and has great advice from his personal experiences of travel and of the various hotels. On a previous trip he gave some excellent recommendations for sights to see, tours to book on and places to eat, as well as navigating the transport systems.

Oliver was unbelievable. Couldn’t recommend him any higher. Everything we asked for he was able to get sorted and done. Nothing was too hard and there was fantastic communication from start to finish. Even down to a quick msg before we arrived to say he wishes we have a good stay, then asking during the stay how it was going. Fantastic service from him
