10 out of 10. Nikki is hands down the best. We book last minute since our travel plan changed. She was able to accommodate everything that we asked for. Everything was organized and even last minute changes she managed to make it work.. She is always available and very easy to work with. She also sent us a 10-day countdown so that we’ll be well-prepared for our trip. Our trip was an unforgettable experience! Great customer service and can’t wait to book our next trip with her.
