My booking with Nikki is 100% what set the positive tone for our stay in Brussels. As soon as we checked-in, we were informed that our room had been upgraded and that was just the start of the magic that Nikki had incorporated to our stop in Brussels. When we entered our room, a note from Nikki and chocolates she had picked out were waiting for us (such thoughtful touch!). Knowing we had our toddler with us, Nikki also made sure that our hotel had a dedicated bed set up for her. Among other touches, we were able to enjoy the day spa and bar credits all because Nikki made it possible. In all, our experience booking with Nikki was by far the best decision we made for our trip. Nikki was phenomenal! We are such last minute planners and she was there every step of the way making sure we were good to go and having the best time! She even did lots of last minuet bookings for us when we were on the trip!
