Always a pleasure. Attention to detail is impeccable and great service. Nikkena recommended the perfect hotel for relaxation and escape in a beautiful and serene setting. Excellent restaurants onsite and the complimentary upgrade to a swim up room + the added perks only made the experience that much better. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast each morning at the beach front restaurant and even spotted a few whales. Booking with Nikkena is easy and provides incredible value. We're already working on my next trip!
