Our Story
Travel has always been both my getaway and something that fills my cup. I love exploring with my kids, showing them the world, meeting people from different places, and feeling connected no matter where I am.
I’m especially drawn to nature, beautiful landscapes, and the moments that make a trip feel bigger than just a vacation. That feeling is a big part of why I love helping others plan meaningful travel too.
Travel Style
I’m drawn to trips that balance the big moments with the little discoveries. See the main sights, wander into local gems, keep the pace relaxed, and end the day somewhere comfortable, beautiful, and easy to settle into.

Thanks, Nicole! We did have a good time! It was so nice to get away and have fun together!! The resort was very nice, very good customer service/hospitality. Our biggest misstep (besides deciding to buy sunblock there so we didn't have to check bags --> then having to pay $40 at the resort. Live and learn!) was doing the time share presentation. The first 2 guys were nice at least, the third just got unpleasant. I've done those before, mostly knew what to expect, but the third guy really got to kaia. But she wanted the $250 massage, so there was the motivation. So that def wasn't worth it in hindsight. I did the snorkeling trip for my bonus, which I really enjoyed- but would just pay for next time. On our final day there we went into playa del Carmen and did a food tour and that was really fun. Good to see the surrounding area and try some really good Mexican food!
You were a dream to work with, Nicole! I have been suggesting you to lots of people, so hopefully others can benefit from your services! I really wonder if this trip would've ever gotten off the ground if it weren't for you! It was all so overwhelming and you made it the total opposite of that! Thank you thank you thank you!

We had an exceptional experience working with our travel advisor, Nicole of Journeys by Nicole Sosa, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, her communication was outstanding—responsive, clear, and genuinely attentive to every question and detail.
What truly set her apart was her deep understanding of the region and her ability to tailor the itinerary to our entire family’s interests. Every preference was thoughtfully considered, resulting in a trip that felt completely personalized. Highlights included unforgettable visits to the Belfast Titanic Museum, the stunning Giant’s Causeway, a unique Claddagh ring forging workshop, an entertaining sheepdog demonstration - with the kids having an opportunity to hold the baby sheep and a fantastic Dublin walking food tour.
Each activity was meticulously planned, creating a seamless and stress-free experience. The pacing was exactly what we asked for—never rushed, yet we were able to see and do so much. It was clear that a great deal of care and expertise went into crafting our itinerary.
Thanks to Nicole’s thoughtful planning and attention to detail, our trip was not only memorable but truly special. We are already working with Journeys by Nicole again for our next adventure!

Everything was wonderful. Both of our hotels were really well located, we had cookies on the room upon arrival as a welcome gift in Torino. All of the drivers were right on time. Our tour guide in Torino was excellent, as well as in Milan. We were supposed to have the same tour guide in Milan for our second tour but had to leave early, and they were able to adjust our airport transfer with little notice. Wonderful trip!

Barcelona in 3 Days: The Perfect Long Weekend Itinerary
Barcelona is one of those cities that feels instantly alive. It has the rare mix of beautiful architecture, beachy Mediterranean energy, incredible food, and neighborhoods that invite you to wander without much of a plan. What makes it special to me is how easily it works for so many different types of travelers—couples, families, first-timers to Europe, or anyone looking for a trip that feels both cultural and fun. It’s a destination that can be a full vacation, a long weekend, or the perfect stopover that leaves you wanting to come back.

Joie de Vivre: A Perfect 5 Days in Paris
Paris is a city I return to in different seasons of life—first on a mother-daughter trip, then with my husband, and later with my mother and children—and each time, it became exactly what we needed it to be. It can be romantic, family-friendly, artistic, luxurious, food-focused, or simply a beautiful place to wander with no real agenda. I love Paris most in the in-between moments: walking along the Seine, lingering at a café, admiring the architecture, or sitting in a garden with fresh brie, a baguette, and a bottle of wine. This itinerary is designed for a first-time visitor who wants to experience the highlights, while still leaving space for the kind of unscheduled wandering that makes Paris feel truly magical.
