Nicole did an outstanding job all around. The hotel was lovely and the restaurant, Ten Con Ten, very good. Nicole set up the tour of the Prado--the tour guide was really good compared to the guide we had in Florence. A two hour tour focused on art was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about working with Nicole. She was incredibly responsive and creative with ideas for finding fun and making my daughter's 21st a very special day.

Nicole is exceptional. Not only were we upgraded into a suite upon arrival, we also had the fourth night free! The rate that she negotiated was much better than the going rate. I know this because I looked into the cost of taking my entire family to San Felice after experiencing such a sublime time. I cannot recommend Nicole enough as a travel agent.
