Nicole was great. Got me an insane deal on a hotel with $100 resort credit I used for some great cocktails. Plus, it also included free breakfast in the morning and it was a full menu and phenomenal. Unheard of in NYC.

Nicole was fantastic! Super communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciated her willingness to help us solve a hiccup we had with the hotel. I highly recommend Nicole for booking your trip. The accommodations she scheduled for us was a nice Hotel walking distance to all our attractions. She also recommended and booked a day trip for us and it was just wonderful we had fun and had no problem finding the pick up spot. She send us all our reservations the day before and I had everything I needed in my email from her. Nicole is honestly the reason our trip didn’t fall apart and turned into something even better than we originally planned.

From the very beginning, she made everything feel effortless. She handled all the research, booked us an incredible trip to Hawaii, and somehow found us a deal that was nearly $2,000 less than what the hotel was offering directly. That alone would’ve been enough to impress us, but she didn’t stop there. She sent over thoughtful recommendations for tours, transfers, and little details we wouldn’t have even thought about, all tailored to exactly what we wanted.

Then, less than a week before our trip, everything changed. Hawaii started experiencing massive flooding and storms, and we had to cancel. It was stressful, frustrating, and honestly felt like the trip was over.

But Nicole stepped in immediately.

Within no time, she had completely pivoted our plans and found us an amazing alternative. Not only did she save the trip, but she somehow made it even better. We ended up with an all-inclusive experience and even got an extra night added. It didn’t feel like a backup plan it felt like an upgrade in every way.

Her level of care, attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve under pressure is unmatched. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure everything is perfect and that her clients are taken care of from start to finish.

We will 100% only be booking with Nicole moving forward. The value she brings isn’t just in saving money it’s in the peace of mind, the experience, and knowing you have someone in your corner who will go above and beyond no matter what happens.

We needed a same week booking for a one night Disneyland trip and Nicole went above and beyond to make our trip perfect.
