NJ was amazing in personalizing our trip and ensuring our trip was extra special as it was a honeymoon! This included having champagne and couples photos of us in the room which was such a lovely surprise. She is attentive to detail, and checked in to make sure everything was going well! We are appreciative of her help and would recommend her to anyone!

Nicole helped us plan a multi-city trip to Italy with my parents and toddler. She was incredibly helpful and responsive, making adjustments on the fly when our plans changed. She also arranged late checkout and welcome gifts at the hotels, which was such a lovely touch!
