The booking experience with Nicole Holowaty, our travel advisor, was exceptional. She was patient, attentive, and really listened to what we wanted for this California road trip. Nicole surprised my husband with the Airstream stay he had always dreamed of, booked us a semi-private van tour that turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip, and arranged everything with precision. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, sharing fascinating facts and stories about Sequoia National Park that made the experience unforgettable—we would definitely do it again. Nicole also reserved us a table at a restaurant by the river, where we enjoyed a beautiful view and a large menu with plenty of choices, including the pasta dishes we ordered. Every detail of this trip reflected her careful planning and expertise, from activities to meals. Thanks to Nicole, our vacation was stress-free, memorable, and exactly what we were looking for.
