I've had the pleasure of having a few consults with Nicole, and this is my first full booking experience. She is friendly and prompt, and makes the booking process a breeze. I typically get a bit overwhelmed when I see the options available for me to choose from (just look at hotels + any urban area and you'll understand), however Nicole asks you a few questions to get a sense of what you're filtering for, and then narrows down the multitude of options into a select group that fit your criteria - making the booking process simple and fun. I look forward to working with Nicole again on my next adventure to somewhere new.
