Travel agent Nicole Gallo shared a well structured email with a short description of each tour followed by links to each option. She catered recommendations specifically to my interests and organized them by location. She set up the links so that I automatically received the travel agency discount and could book with ease. She is easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and happy to help in any way. My name is Megan Shannon and I would rate Nicole a 5 out of 5. She goes above and beyond in ensuring a smooth, fun-filled experience. I was in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil April 10-17th and booked a tour with Nicole's help for myself and two girlfriends on April 15th with the company Carioca Tropical Tour Operator via Viator. This half-day tour of Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf mountain included a fantastic guide (shout out Meilin, a bilingual Carioca native who was personable, enthusiastic, and informative), shuttle service, and entrance fees/tickets. Huge thank you to Nicole, as I likely would not have found this tour company on my own. I look forward to working with Nicole in the future for my travel needs. Cannot speak highly enough!
