We are all home safe and sound and working on getting back on EST. I just wanted to reach out and thank you for all your communication and help to make this trip a wonderful holiday. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed it and we made some great memories together. You and your team provided a seamless experience and we couldn't have asked for a more professional and pleasant vacation. Thank you for the welcome gifts and celebrating our birthdays and anniversary, those were appreciated as well. Had an amazing time in Provincetown! Hotel was near downtown Commercial St and the amazing Province Lands bike trail. Had a great experience riding out to Race Point beach on the trail and seeing an amazing sunset. Booking with Nicole was a great experience!

We worked with Nicole Freedman to plan a trip to Atlantis in the Bahamas, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, she was incredibly easy to work with—super responsive and genuinely invested in making our family vacation as smooth as possible.
Even though she hadn’t personally stayed at the resort we chose, I really appreciated that she went the extra mile by reaching out to her colleagues for insider tips. It made a big difference. She also suggested a different hotel than the one I originally had in mind, and I’m so glad I took her advice—her recommendation was spot on in terms of comfort, location, and amenities.
It was such a relief having someone so knowledgeable handle all the details. I usually plan trips myself, but after this experience, I’ll absolutely be working with Nicole again. Highly recommend!
