Nicole was the ultimate professional when I asked her to assist me in booking my short trip to Los Angeles. She booked me in to stay at Sofitel LA which was a fabulous hotel and a great experience. By booking through Nicole my room was upgraded to a suite, I also received a credit and breakfast. Amazing! She was thorough, efficient, very timely in responding to my initial inquiry. She stayed in touch with me to make sure I was happy and satisfied with everything. I am telling all my friends about Nicole, her excellent service and all the advantages of working through her. I've never worked with a travel advisor before. Now that I have, Nicole will be planning every trip, big or small, moving forward! Nicole made everything so easy. Her communication is immediate and there wasn't one detail missed. Because of her partnerships, she was able to get us all kinds of upgrades... for example, we went from a great hotel room to an astounding suite with private laundry & full kitchen! She kept in contact with the hotel until we got there to make sure every detail was accounted for and we were able to relax. Nicole is extremely thoughtful and made all kinds of suggestions, which we were so grateful for!
