London has always held a special place in my heart since I studied abroad there and opened my eyes to the world of travel. I had the pleasure of staying at El Silencio Lodge & Spa. I was in Costa Rica with my family (my two parents in their late fifties, my sister and my fiance) for a week and split our time between the cloud forest and the coast. 

I was able to visit all the Bunkhouse properties, including Hotel San Jose. This hotel is located on South Congress Street, one of the most sought-after locations for visitors to the city because of all the bars, restaurants and boutique shops lined along the street. The street is also only a short drive from downtown. It is a very lively area, and is best for travelers who want to be in the thick of it all.

Singapore was the perfect destination to start my honeymoon in June 2023. This innovative city has so much to offer, from the unique sights to the top-notch food. It's so clean, I felt like I could eat right off the streets, though don't worry, I did not attempt. For a visit, the best hotel in Singapore is the Conrad Centennial. The location is perfect to be within walking distance of Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands and many museums. What makes this hotel in Singapore even better is 5-star service at an incredible price point.

In July of 2023, I had the pleasure of visiting with Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Loews Portofino Bay Hotel At Universal Orlando. These site inspections gave me the perfect opportunity to check out the different Orlando resort hotels that my clients would have to choose from, whether on a family vacation to Disney or Universal, or a romantic getaway to a warm destination with plentiful flight options. I would highly recommend them both.

My grandmother was born and raised in Puerto Rico, so in 2017 I finally convinced my immediate family to visit. We spent an amazing week bonding as a family and exploring this beautiful island. While there, I met my now fiancé who was on a family vacation as well. This place (I am currently here on the beach writing this guide) means so much to me, and we have been back several times since our fateful meeting. With great beaches and endless things to do, this island is perfect for anyone looking for an adventure or a laid-back vacation. I love to share Puerto Rico with anyone willing to listen!

I took a leap of faith by moving to Austin without having even been to Texas before in my early 20's. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made! Every weekend I go through the dilemma of trying a new restaurant or eating at one of my favorite spots. The options are endless! The city's motto is "Keep Austin Weird" which is a sentiment you can feel whether you're lounging on the Zilker lawn or diving right in at the Museum of the Weird. Live music, nightlife, nature, food and culture all come together to make this magical city.

Toronto, Canada is a city I have found myself in again and again, and each time I am discovering new things I love about it. It has an artistic vibe that I'm drawn to, while also being full of friendly people. With easy access to the U.S., this is a great international destination for a quick weekend getaway!

Cabo is a destination that is usually thought of for groups of friends, but I think it's a really romantic destination as well. It's all about finding the right resort. Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal is the perfect backdrop for a honeymoon because of its privacy and serene surroundings on the beach nestled up against the mountains. The service and amenities make this spot a true luxury experience. The destination itself is so versatile with the ocean, spas, clubs, desert, fine dining, and great weather, there is such an array of activities to suit all interests. I've had to pleasure to visit Cabo San Lucas for work and leisure, and have enjoyed it no matter the occasion. With quick direct flights from the U.S., a Cabo San Lucas Honeymoon should not be overlooked.

What drew me to Spain travel was the relaxed Southern European lifestyle. It's a feeling you get right when you step out of the cab and absorb the energy of the city. Spain is one of those countries that has so many cities and sites to see, that it's difficult to narrow it down on the first trip. But that's the answer, to know you will return! For a first visit, I decided to visit Madrid, Barcelona and Costa Brava. This limits down the travel time, and gives you a chance to see a great representation of Spain's art, food and culture – this country really has it all!
