Nicole did a wonderful job assisting us with our trip. From start the end. She kept me informed about our flight, hitel and cruise status and reminded me to check in the day before our flight, which I truly appreciated.

We experienced several unexpected flight delays due to air traffic control, and our travel plans became very stressful and eventually required a change to American Airlines. None of this was Nicole's fault, and because the flight was changed outside of the original arrangements, she did not have access to the updated American Airlines flight information. Nicole kept me calm and provided alternatives if the delays continued.

Thank goodness Nicole recommended travel a day before to safeguard the cruise arrival.

Despite the difficult start to our vacation, we made it safely and had an absolutely amazing cruise! My son and I created wonderful memories, and we are already looking forward to our next adventure.
