Nicole Brewer was fantastic in helping me book my hotel for my very first trip to Hanoi. I let her know the area I was interested in, and she quickly sent me a list of great options to choose from. She was always quick to respond and made the whole process super easy! I would definitely use her for future trips.

Nicole was able to get us a room that was only available for booking through a travel advisor and it was exactly what we needed for our stay. A one bedroom apartment for a week long stay made us feel at home.

Nicole took my last minute dream of a fun filled visit to Porto and made it a reality. She understood our need to want to explore the city by foot and identified the best location we could have ever hoped for (Arts Porto Hotel) to allow us to walk around the city, explore tourist sites and enjoy ourselves without spending unnecessary amounts of money and time inside taxis. The accommodations were perfect. She also gave me tips on the various types of walking tours that were available.

Nicole planned a birthday spa trip for me and some friends at the Four Seasons Chicago. She was a pleasure to work with and provided great service. The perks she was able to get us (upgraded suite, late checkout, spa credits, complimentary breakfast, etc.) really took things over the top and made for an unforgettable experience.
