Nicole helped us plan the perfect mini getaway and absolutely nailed it. She recommended One&Only Palmilla, and it was everything we wanted and more. She was so easy to work with, super responsive, really listened to what we were looking for, and her activity suggestions were amazing. We even got a surprise room upgrade, which made the trip even more special.
Highly recommend working with Nicole if you want a stress-free, thoughtfully planned vacation. She’s the best!

My first time to use a travel agent to book my hotel. Nicole did an amazing job! She saved us some $$$ by booking a hotel closest to the beach and with a half ocean view! I cancelled my previous booking after realizing that the hotel building was further from the beach. I am so grateful for the change in hotel booking. I loved the daily itinerary and the list of attractions around the island. She took time to pull such valuable information to make our experience so much better. It helped us plan our day trip in an organized manner. Our island adventure was truly spectacular! So many great memories had been made. Thank you so much!! I can’t wait until our next vacation! And I will definitely use Nicole’s expertise next time around. :)
