Nicole went above and beyond! Our previously planned vacation was canceled 4 days before we were supposed to leave. Nicole jumped in with recommendations she knew our entire family would love, and even found a few extra spots she knew our teen would want to visit. Her knowledge of the area, flexibility in helping us change plans, and taste in hotels and restaurants were fabulous. She truly saved our vacation! We're looking forward to planning and booking next year's trip with Nicole.

Nicole saved our vacation when our previous plans fell through just a few days before we were supposed to leave. She found great hotels in two different cities, helped us with tickets to Universal Studios, and recommended fabulous restaurants and other local attractions. I felt she really listened to what we were looking for with this vacation, and her recommendations were perfectly suited for our family. Nicole was truly wonderful and went above and beyond!
