Nicola was stellar in that this trip was quickly planned and also changed destination within Spain, due to government shutdown and uncertainty on flying. Knowing what was important to us, she anticipated all we would need arriving in Barcelona for a first time, and handled every detail flawlessly. Cannot explain how her care transformed a solo travel experience into one that seemed so effortless and made it more than memorable. From transport to and from the airport, to the perfect property, room selection, and packages that included perks that were truly valuable. She even was in communication with the property before check out to make sure all invoicing was correct for us, and left no questions unanswered. Nicola, was extremely accommodating, detailed and went over and beyond finding a perfect property for our many needs.... especially within a very short planning period. I know I am very discerning when it comes to hotel selects, and this one night came also as a surprise as we changed international travel plans last minute due to government shutdown uncertainty. So she truly went outside the margins to secure all details. Would recommend her in a heartbeat!
