My Story

I’m a Black woman, world traveler, yoga therapist, and community healer devoted to living—and guiding others toward—a life rooted in joy, freedom, and intention. My journeys have taken me from the pristine beaches of the Caribbean to the cobblestoned streets of Lisbon, where I’ve found that the most meaningful travel experiences are the ones that connect us deeply—to ourselves, to culture, and to community.

As a yoga therapist and wellness practitioner, I approach travel as an act of healing and expansion. I love curating experiences that honor sisterhood, luxury, and the soulful rhythms of Black culture around the diaspora. Whether it’s a solo escape, a girls’ getaway, or a wellness retreat, my goal is to create itineraries that leave you feeling nourished, inspired, and more at home in the world.
