With a background in hospitality and a degree in travel industry management, travel isn’t just my career—it’s my lifestyle. I’ve lived in Japan, Hawai'i, Colorado, Utah, and Washington State, and as a family, we’re constantly exploring new places. Our seven-year-old has already been on over 30 flights!

As always, she went above and beyond. She arranged our rooms (3 rooms) next to each other, which made everything easy. When we booked our own rooms last year, each of the three rooms ended up on different floors, so Natsumi made sure to book our rooms next to each other. She suggested some activities, renting Japanese yukatas from hotel and signing up for kids baking class in the morning. And our granddaughters absolutely loved them! Everything was exactly how Natsumi explained to us (location, food, services offered at the hotel) ahead of our trip and that really helped us mentally prepare for the trip. It isn't easy taking a trip with 2 other families, but so glad we asked Natsumi to help planning. It was completely stress-free travel experience thanks to her.

Asking Natsumi to plan our trip for our 50th wedding anniversary was the best decision we have ever made.
At first, we thought about heading straight to Narita Airport for our flight, but Natsumi suggested that we spend the night in Tokyo beforehand. Since we live about three hours away by bullet train (or five hours from the airport), her idea to stay overnight was a blessing—it saved us the stress of a long journey right before our flight.
This allowed my husband and me to enjoy a relaxed evening in Tokyo, and when it came time to fly to Los Angeles from Narita Airport the next afternoon, we did so with complete ease.
Natsumi even took the initiative to contact the hotel to let them know we would be arriving a day earlier, which really showed her commitment to making our stay as comfortable as possible.
We are truly grateful to Natsumi for her dedication and thoughtful suggestions. She helped make our 50th wedding anniversary an unforgettable experience.
