We had a fantastic experience! Everything went very smoothly. The communication was excellent and all of our bookings processes were seamless. We made a few adjustments to our schedule and Nate was able to help with these in a timely manner. Nate also provided recommendations for hotels and activities, which worked out perfect! Thank you very much!

Nate was great to work with! Months after we got everything booked Nate had to do a whole lot of extra work after our original Sandals location decided to shut down 2 months prior to our departure. After Sandals made their initial offer of rebooking another resort with a resort credit and a set amount for airline changes, Nate was able to get us a much better room view at no additional cost and our additional airline fees ($500 per couple does not go far two months before leaving when it was booked five months before that) covered. Will not hesitate to use him again!

Nate was helpful in making arrangements and arranging the extra night in Paris we desired. He listened to our needs and hopes well. He cared for the airport transport as best he could.
