Schon bei der Ankunft im Hotel hat mich ein handgeschriebener Brief von ihr erwartet, eine unglaublich liebevolle und persönliche Geste, die sofort gezeigt hat, wie viel Herzblut sie in ihre Arbeit steckt.
Doch das war längst nicht alles: Nathalie hat mir nicht nur das perfekte Hotel empfohlen, sondern mir auch einen maßgeschneiderten Reiseplaner zusammengestellt – mit fantastischen Restaurant-Tipps, wunderschönen Wanderrouten und spannenden Ausflugszielen. Wir haben tatsächlich fast alles davon gemacht und es war einfach großartig!
Es war die erste Reise, bei der ich mich um absolut nichts kümmern musste.
