Natasha was very approachable and professional. She would keep up updated with any alerts and would never forget to check in. I will definitely be using her in the future for my next vacation. 10/10 would recommend!!

It had been years since I used an agent and WOW what I was missing out on. From day 1 I had hick ups with Royal Caribbean and she was on top of it. Throughout the cruise I reached out to her and she responded without hesitation even on a Sunday in the early hours of the mornings. Not sure how far these reviews go or if people actually read them, but ALL I got to say is this. I’d rather Pay Natasha a direct $$$$ fee than pay for insurance for a trip.

Natasha really took the little.information and description of what I was looking for in choosing where to stay and really exceeded my expectations! She chose the most wonderful hotel both aestetically and service wise and I couldn't be happier! She really took the time and care into choosing what she understood in what I wanted and it showed. I had a lovely Experience with Natasha while she was helping me plan and coordinate a 14 day trip to Greece and Italy this past summer. My husband and I flew to Greece for friends’ wedding for the first half of the trip. Although we had an event-filled first half of the trip, Natasha was able to research and help me fill in the gaps during our downtime. She found lovely hotels and was a gem when it came down to planning tours, logistics, and details. She helped me plan our Italian vacation the most. She was caring, diligent, paid extreme attention to detail and was super patient with me. She’s very thorough in her research, which is extremely helpful when you are not familiar with the location. I would highly recommend the services to all friends and family. She made planning a trip to Europe a breeze. Natasha paid close attention to our budget and the things we liked. The last day was my husband’s birthday, she made sure that both our hotel and the restaurant were aware of our celebration and they made it extra special.
