Natalie was amazing to work with. She handled everything quickly, checked in during my trip, and was always available to communicate with. When I landed at JFK around midnight without a hotel booked during Ryder Cup weekend, she immediately found me a place and had it booked by the time I got my luggage. Everything was seamless and stress free thanks to her.
