For Albufeira, I had already chosen to stay in the Old Town area, and Natalie helped narrow down hotel options based on what I was looking for. None of the gaps we experienced were things she could have reasonably anticipated from the listing. Throughout the entire process, Natalie was incredibly helpful, responsive, and thoughtful. She really took the time to understand what mattered to us and made the planning feel easy and tailored. It never felt transactional, it felt like she genuinely cared about setting us up for a great trip.
