Natalie was outstanding!! This was our first time working with an agent to plan a trip and I am totally hooked. We asked Natalie to plan a complex international trip with just 2 weeks notice (Argentina, with 3 different domestic stops: Buenos Aires, Igazu Falls and Uco Valley) and she did a fantastic and perfect job - wow. She had great insights into the order in which we should move around the country, number of days to spend in each, hotels that are worth the splurge, etc., all of which was really, really helpful. She was also able to help me navigate a potential issue with my passport expiration date. It was invaluable to have her contacts with Argentinian guides/agents who could confirm that there would be no issue on the Argentinian side as well as the Brazil side (as we crossed the Brazil border for our hotel stay). Natalie handled domestic flights, organized transfers from each hotel (TRULY AMAZING to not have to think about what time to leave for the airport), city tours (bike tour and food tour), tango show, waterfall tour and wine tours. Once we were in Argentina, she was a really amazing support as well (despite being on her own holiday!) She ensured we got where we were supposed to be, helped us with any requested change of plans and troubleshooted any issues (for example, I left a necklace in a hotel safe and she and her team were able to retrieve and return it to me). Natalie is a very talented agent and I highly recommend!! Warm, friendly and fantastic service and amazing execution of plans, including follow ups and quick communication. She really did the impossible with this trip and it was a truly a trip of a lifetime for us. We will be back - thank you!!
