Our recent trip to the Southwest was absolutely incredible thanks to our outstanding travel advisor Natalie Gale. Every detail from the hotels to the experiences and local recommendations was perfectly planned. Each place we stayed was top-notch, full of character and ideally located. What really stood out was how helpful, knowledgeable and attentive she was throughout the entire process. She listened carefully to what we wanted to do and tailed the itinerary within our budget. Every stop felt tailored just for us.

Working with Natalie Perkins was an absolute dream. From the very beginning, her communication was exceptional—clear, timely, and always thoughtful. She went above and beyond in researching hotels, taking into account the wide range of ages in our group, which was no small task. I especially appreciated how attentive she was to our family’s needs, only including hotels that could accommodate a crib for our son.

Natalie truly listened to what we wanted from this trip. She found us the perfect villa that allowed both of our mothers to stay nearby so we could enjoy the vacation together as a family. She also suggested wonderful excursions and booked us an unforgettable boat ride on Lake Como. On top of that, she thoroughly researched restaurants and even handled reservations, making the entire experience seamless.

When we ran into an issue with our bill, Natalie handled it completely. She stayed on top of the communication, followed up whenever a reply lagged, and ultimately got everything sorted for us. It was no easy feat, but she made it feel effortless.

This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime trip, my mom and my husband's mom were so appreciative of how hard Natalie worked to create something so special for us. Her personality made the planning process so enjoyable—fun, caring, and incredibly detail-oriented. It’s obvious how much she loves travel and how deeply she wants her clients to have the best possible experience.

I cannot recommend Natalie highly enough—she turned what could have been a stressful planning process into something truly effortless and unforgettable.

Natalie was amazing to work with and helped book us an incredible trip to Lisbon!! We were traveling with a toddler and had very specific requests around room features (like space for a crib) and neighborhoods in the city. She went above and beyond comparing hotels in different locations and personally calling each of them to make sure they were kid-friendly before sharing her recommendations. The hotel we chose was fabulous and her attention to detail, communicating with the hotel to make sure our room was all set before our arrival, and checking in after we arrived to make sure we were happy with everything was so appreciated after a long travel day! We felt completely taken care of from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Natalie again!! Highly recommend!!

Natalie was amazing. We decided we wanted to take a trip pretty last minute and when I contacted her, I asked her to help us book a trip for the very next week! I didn't even know where I wanted to go, I just sent her dates, budget, and an ideal distance we were willing to travel and she took care of the rest! She sent us three amazing options with flight details, pricing, transportation info and then once we made our decision she booked it almost immediately! Natalie really heard us and understood exactly what we were looking for. She worked so quickly and made the experience seamless for us!!! Will never book a trip without her again :)
