I had never used a travel agent before, and I must say I was wonderfully pleased with the experience. Natalie gave us several hotel options with different price points, and she did her research on what each hotel had to offer. She gave us restaurant recommendations and activity ideas. Right before our trip, she sent the information again, so I did not have to hunt through my emails to gather it. She was wonderful and we had the best trip! I will use her again for sure.
