Working with Natalia made this trip absolutely seamless from start to finish. Not only did she help us book an incredible Mediterranean cruise, but she also went far beyond the typical travel advisor role by helping coordinate restaurants, excursions, transfers, and amazing recommendations in every city we visited. Her suggestions for experiences outside the standard cruise excursions ended up being some of our favorite memories of the trip.

The entire vacation felt thoughtfully planned without ever feeling over-scheduled, which allowed us to truly enjoy every stop. From Barcelona to Tuscany to Rome, every recommendation helped make the experience feel authentic and memorable. The Mediterranean truly was as magical as everyone says, and this honestly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime trip for our group. We’re so grateful for all of her guidance, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout the entire process.

I reached out to Natalia while we were already in Hawaii and needed some last-minute recommendations for our family vacation. She quickly sent over a ton of great options, and a snorkeling tour we chose to book through her (via Viator) ended up being one of the highlights of the trip! She was incredibly responsive and helpful, even on short notice. All her recommendations took into account the needs of our group and our interests. Our experience with Natalia was great! She was very helpful in finding the right cruise for us and the entire process from start to finish was seamless. She communicated clearly and timely, and was always very responsive when we had questions. We won't hesitate to work with her again.

Natalia helped us plan what I think was the perfect vacation! She gave us several options in the Caribbean area (think, Jamaica, Bahamas, etc.) - we had proposed some resorts like Sandals and other all-inclusives, but she did find us additional options that we hadn't even considered, like Atlantis! Plus, she was able to price match and find us a better deal when we found something that appeared to by cheaper through another vacation booking site. Really appreciated how she helped book transportation to and from the hotel, got all the flights and hotel taken care of, and also made sure it hooked up to our flights/benefits for United. I don't have any time to do this myself as a working professional, so it was great that she put this all together for us and made it so easy. When we're thinking of booking another vacation, we'll definitely ask Natalia to help us again!
