Natalia’s personal experience on Explora is what sold our group on working with her. She exceeded our expectations in her ability to communicate and keep our group of 6 in the loop with each booking deadline. We were constantly informed and she was on top of what excursions were possible, when to book, follow-up, and more importantly, which experiences wouldn’t fill our cup, with the type of itinerary we had in mind. Natalia’s expertise and experience in the travel world gave us real-time recommendations that weren’t through Explora that she’d experienced herself that made our trip. The walking historical food tours she added to our itinerary in Barcelona, specifically the Gaudi tour including the Sagrada Família was a sincere highlight, as well as our walking food and tasting tour in Roma. Working with Natalia made this trip absolutely seamless from start to finish.
