Our amazing genie of an agent Natalia made every wish we had come true. Due to our busy work schedules, we were only able to give her a week to find and book our trip. Natalia went above and beyond helping us to find flights that made sense. She knew details about which airport would be best to choose for a layover due to their customs procedures. We chatted over our dreams, budget and goals for our vacation and in a few days she was able to turn around a whole itinerary with hotel and tour options to select from. She kept in mind that we were staying for more than a week so she knew how to plan for fun and rest. She sent us off with a comprehensive packet of every booking detail, payment and reservation information we would need at each point of the trip. It was also available online which we found so convenient. Natalia really took the pain out of planning or the passion for planning into fruition and we hope she is able to make more families turn their dream vacation into reality!
