Nancy is an absolute pro!! We had a very complex trip with 3 ski resorts (Kitzbuhel, St Moritz and Zermatt) with several ground transportation transfers and the Glacier Express train ride. It went off without a single problem or hitch. Every single component of that trip was magical and every detail was perfectly planned. Nancy was incredibly responsive and anticipated every need. My only problem is that she has me addicted to European ski trips now!!

Nancy did an amazing job planning our multi-generational family trip to The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas. She made everything easy, from coordinating rooms to recommending activities everyone, from grandparents to kids, could enjoy. She was always responsive, organized, and great to work with.
