Nancy is knowledgeable, highly responsive and a true professional! She is always readily available to answer all of our questions and resolve any issues. Nancy was in constant communication from the initial booking throughout the cruise and even checked in after the cruise to learn about our experience. She is truly client centric and it is evident she cares about her clients. She strives to meet our needs and exceed all expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to have chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our cabin, courtesy of Nancy. She goes above and beyond to make every experience smooth and seamless.
