Every tour was better than the last. The private guides made it feel like you were on being shown around by a family member. It was such an amazing opportunity for my kids to get to meet a local and get a real feel for the city....
We also didn't appreciate how important it was to have private tours organized. After seeing the long entry lines and large 20+ groups of people on tours....we were thrilled that you steered us in the private tour direction. It was worth every penny and saved us from kid (and adult) meltdowns :-)
I really enjoyed working with you to plan this trip. You quickly got our vibe and suggested awesome family-oriented experiences.

Nancy is a dream to work with! She is knowledgeable and in the know on all the must see destinations, plus she is patient and understanding when I go back and forth on my travel plans :) Travel is a huge investment and takes a lot of planning and Nancy understands that sometimes things come up and you have to pivot and come up with a new plan.
