Nailah was very helpful in suggesting the order in which to visit the different regions we were interested in visiting. Since Jim had been to the area previously, he had an idea of the activities that were available to do. We had a wonderful trip. The people of Colombia were very welcoming and seemed to go out of their way to make our stay the best it could be.

Everything was handled well and professionally. I had nothing to worry about or anything to do. That to me is great service.

Nailah picked the perfect spot for exactly what I had in mind for the time I was spending at this hotel - lots of venues to walk to whether shopping or dining or viewing holiday lights. I didn't need a car to get around and got a lot accomplished because everything was nearby. Comfort and accessibility were key and Nailah clearly got that right!

From car rental, hotel and activities, she curated a perfectly balanced itinerary that reflected our interests and introduced us to hidden gems we never would have found on our own.
