Mozelle Isley truly exemplifies passion and a priority on customer care which is very much appreciated. This was the first time I've taken a cruise in 20 years so their was a lot of anxiety around the experience and the steps to take to ensure a positive experience. The booking and payment links were provided in a timely manner with follow up prompts to ensure deadlines were met for the 1st and final payments. The 2nd part of the process for the cruise required more support than anticipated given there was a knowledge gap on my part about the process for embarkation. Mozelle was patient and facilitated the steps so I could gain access to setting up and managing my Carnival Hub account, supported me selecting excursions, dining options, as well as, securing my time early to gain access for early embarkation. I'm appreciative of the time and care Mozelle added to the experience as I recognize this was over and beyond in terms of service provided which after booking typically is a complete hand-off to the client. Looking forward to my next travel experience and wishing Mozelle continued success with FORA.
