As a professional photographer and writer, I like to “travel deeper.” Once I take in a few main attractions, I wander the side streets, rent a car and drive the coast, or make friends with the restaurant owners. I have traveled the world, making my way from hostels and ferries in college to 5-star hotels and helicopter transfers as an adult.
