Morgan was absolutely amazing to work with! We already had an idea of where we wanted to stay and what we wanted to do and Morgan was able to book everything seamlessly and had wonderful communication. It was so nice to have an itinerary all in one place. We also benefited greatly from all the upgrades we got due to booking with Morgan. She was so helpful and we would use her services again! I reached out to Morgan very last minute...she excepted the challenge and executed flawlessly. From her initial proposal (polished and very professional), to instructions for downloading a very helpful app to following up with me at every juncture, I was blown away. Morgan Dowling (MKD Travel Co.) hit a grand slam with our trip to Italy! After taking into account our travel tendencies and priorities, her recommended hotels were spot-on, combining the location, comfort and uniqueness that both met and surpassed our expectations. Morgan's suggestions regarding travel by car and/or train worked to perfection and the guided excursions she arranged were simply amazing. In hindsight, such effective planning helps take the anxiety out of traveling to a new country with so many options to consider. So thankful she helped make our trip fantastic!

Morgan made this trip a breeze by meticulously taking care of everything! We had some long distance transportation she arranged that I know I could not have done myself. She also was readily available to answer any questions and her follow up was very prompt. She did a great job helping us pick our spa treatments and booking them for us.
