Monica did a great job helping us book this vacation for us! She helped us reserve the best seating for our dinners, advised us what to bring for the whole trip, and answered all our questions promptly before our trip! Without her help, we would have wasted a lot of time researching for our trip! She is making a big difference on our trip, just exceptional!

Monica Hayes is the best. Not only did we use her for this booking this reservation but for numerous trips. She has always been very timely, supportive, and detail-oriented. She is a delight to work with and we look forward to continuing to work with her. As an aside, when we’ve had an issue with a car company during one trip and other concerns, she has taken the time to “go to bat for us”. She went what we feel was “above and beyond” the call of duty to fight to straighten out our concerns. We felt the extra service she provided which was in our best interests was just wonderful. With our recent trip home which coincided with a potential hurricane, she “held our hands” to reassure us and to contact the insurance company ahead of time in case we needed to make a claim. Kudos to her! We highly recommend her!

Monica, our Virtuoso agent, was so helpful in booking a lovely room for us at Lowe's Portofino Bay with two queen beds and a spacious patio. She also assisted us with securing our annual passes for the park. Monica even helped me rebook the while trip for the following weekend when a work conflict arose and we had to change our dates. She was professional, courteous, and very timely getting back to us. The welcome amenity of gourmet chocolates and a note was so very thoughtful and delicious!

Monica provided us with great choices within our budget and once we picked was quick to book. She followed up and was available during our trip when needed. Highly recommended!
