She helped so much had sent us several different itineraries to choose different places and was knowledgeable on different places to stay there since she’s been there too! Helped a lot as well when we got back and American had cancelled our flight home! We will definitely be booking trips in the future with her!

She was available the entire time before, during and after the cruise to ensure everything went smoothly. She even took a few phone calls from my daughter who had several questions. I won’t book another vacation without talking with her.
